We want to thank all of you who have been praying for us and with us throughout our journey so far especially for our language studies. We also want to share with you our
good news....
We PASSED our government competency exam. We feel so blessed by having achieved this major milestone as language learners. We had our 18 month evaluation from our mission a week ago (we're not sure which exam was more difficult... the one from the government or our mission). Either way, we are, again, glad to say that we received a
positive report.
Learning language has not been an easy experience, but we feel so overwhelmed by the progress that we have made in these last few months. We feel it has truly been a supernatural answer to prayer... so
thank you for praying!
Keith preached his
first sermon in Thai last Sunday, which was a big step. I was able to teach the children's service during the sermon time as well. It was an overall good experience for us all.We feel so blessed by the
graciousness of those we shared with at the church and pray that our words were impactful through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We have several more upcoming speaking/preaching opportunities, so please
pray with us that God would use our words to impact His Kingdom and that He would give us His Words to share.
So again
thank you all for your continued prayers. We have about six months left of language study and would appreciate your
prayers for these final months as full-time language students. We are still waiting for our finalized assignment, after our time of language study is complete. So please join us in
praying for what God would have for our future time of service, as well.
